How can I order through the webshop?
The webshop allows you to order all LoadLok products online. Ask your LoadLok representative for your login details so that you can easily place your orders 24 hours a day. Fill in the contact form.
How can I create an account?
Companies can register online to apply for a new account. As soon as we have activated your account, you will be able to process your orders via our webshop. We will let you know by email.
Is it possible to deliver the goods to a different address?
Yes this is possible, at step 1 of the order process you can enter a different delivery address (within the EU).
Can I still order a product that is out of stock?
Yes, this is possible. We will contact you regarding the actual delivery time of that particular product.
How can I find products?
Our products are divided in product categories. If you don’t know to which category the product belongs, try using the search bar to search for product title, order number or keyword. Our customer service is available for help.
Inclusive/Exclusive of VAT?
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order due to a change in the original delivery date, we ask you to contact our customer service.
Do you charge order costs?
Below € 450,- we will charge € 25,- order costs. These costs will be added to the order afterwards (unless otherwise agreed in SLA).
Can I return orders?
We do take orders return when they meet all of the following conditions:
- Date of invoice is within 3 months from now;
- Ordered product is not custom made nor personalised;
- Complete description includes customer information and reason of return;
- Product shall not be damaged (otherwise will be returned to sender on their cost).
